Maarten planted about 300 olive trees on his estate at Quinta de Alaúde. The result is impressive: a delicious soft olive oil of class “extra virgin”. Ideally suited as a dressing, on salads, but also for baking and frying. Suitable for both hot and cold dishes.

Maarten houses two bee colonies on the Quinta de Alaúde premises. To make a small contribution to the so important apiary in Europe and of course to provide us with delicious honey. It is quite a job to produce a jar of honey, especially for the 175-200 bees that have made the production of this 500gr honey their life’s work.
